As a new patient I had a positive experience.
A clean modern clinic with friendly and professional staff.
As a new patient the technician took X-Rays, then received an exam & education from Dr. Sharaf & a clean & polish by the hygenist all very profeessional.
I would recommend U Dental to my family & friends.

Best dentist in the city!
Wonderful atmosphere. TVs on the ceiling. Extremely friendly staff. VERY knowledgeable dentist and an all-round great first experience. 10/10 would recommend.
Prices are great also.

Super friendly service
When you walk into a dental center in pain, all you want is to have that pain gone. The staff at UDENTAL went out of their way to accomadate my needs. I dont handle dental work well. I asked to be frozen so deeply as to not feel anything and they did just that. It was at truly wonderful atmosphere and I have no issues recommending them truly anyone who needs dental work done.

Leading edge dentistry with top of the line staff
Dentists applies leading edge skills, practice and technology for an excellent visit. No details ever missed. Dental assistants, hygienists, and administration staff are all skilled and polished professionals. In short : This Practice meets the highest patient care standards and by default spotlights the shortcomings of the usual types of dentistry practice facilities. Worth a visit to compare with customary dentistry facilities. Meets high standards in all respects.

Not fond of dentists
I have had a lot of long-overdue work done at UDental in the past two years. I have been treated with kindness, respect and good humour from all staff members at each visit. Three root canals as well as other work, and I find it easy to relax while the work is being done. Have recommended this dentist and his staff to all my friends.

Excellent, helpfull and accomodating
the service was in credible. I was seen not once but twice on very short notice and was provided with incredible service. The staff were helpful, kind and accommodating. I would give them my highest recommendations.

Thanks for your prompt and professional care.
I lost a filling and I was experiencing a great deal of pain. I e-mailed Hanna requesting an early appointment and she called me back right away and made an appointment for that same afternoon. Ahmed's magic touch and his staff took care of me right away. Sure it took a root canal but it was so painless, that I fell asleep in the chair. Hard to believe I know. In addition, they fit me in for an early appointment the next day for a follow up procedure. Consequently I was able to keep to my work schedule with little lost time. I highly recommend Ahmed, Hanna and his assistant to anyone needing dental work. I am so please and would have little problem referring them to both family and friends. Thank you everyone at U dental I am so lucky to have you be my dental team.

Simply the best
Dr Ahmed Sharaf, or Dr A as he is known around the office. Dr A is very gentle and he explains what he is going to do. all one has to do is relaxe and let him work on your dental needs. the office staff are look after your needs just as well. the office it's self is relaxing to with a separate children's area and bathrooms. and so he is simply the best.

Dr A is the best dentist I have ever had, kind, gentle, he explains what he's doing as he goes. the office is spotless clean waiting area is comfy and has a children's area, art on the walls. bathrooms are available, free parking. it's simple he is the best.

Friendly service from start to finish
Im like a lot of others when it comes to seeing the dentist, not my favorite place to go, but from the moment I walked into U Dental the friendly service helped me to relax . The sincerity in all of their actions shines through. They take into account your reservations and remember them each visit. I would r commend the team at UDental to anyone looking for a great dentist and team !

Very positive experience
I am happy my kids (age4 and 6 ) had such a positive experience with U-Dental, I was very anxious about the fact that they need a dental care (because of stressful experience I had as a child), where I was very surprised to find out that they were very relaxed and comfortable; furthermore, they were supported by the U-Dental staff ,who encouraged them to be brave and gave them that confidence.

The staff are all friendly and professional, the office is immaculate, warm and caters to the needs of their clients ( late hours/weekends and a play/tv area for the kids)
We couldn't be happier or more appreciative for everything they have been able t assist with regarding our dental needs.

Smiling inside and out
I have a fear of dentist's ( i am sure i am not alone). All the staff at U-Dental goes above and beyond to help me over come my fear.
I just spent over two hours in the chair , and i can say i am looking forward to my next visit.
I truly believe with kindness and understanding we can all have a great smile with a staff like U-Dental!!!!!!!

Dr. Alfarra has been my dentist for many years, and I've been a patient at U Dental since it opened. Dr. Alfarra always ensures his patients receive the best care possible. The entire staff is welcoming and knowledgable, and they are always ready to help. The atmosphere is comforting, energetic and modern, instantly relieving any fears and anxieties the moment you walk in. U Dental also generously supports the community, particularly the school where I teach. U Dental provided dental hygiene care packages to all students last year, and also donated toothbrushes to our Shoeboxes for Africa campaign. I strongly recommend U Dental as the number one dental practice in Ottawa!
